Damiana is a compassionate and energetic teenager currently living in a group home away from her seven siblings. She has been in and out of the foster system for her entire life, and she says her placement is her last hope for having a place to call home. Damiana is kind and loves to laugh, and she also enjoys playing a big sister role to the girls she lives with. She likes going to school, and her favorite class is English, as she enjoys writing.

Damiana loves to write and make memories with her friends. She enjoys capturing their adventures in her journal, which is often filled with sketches and amusing anecdotes. Damiana wishes for an iPad so that she can share her writings and sketches more easily. She wants to use digital tools to create colorful illustrations for her stories. With an iPad, she hopes to work with her friends to turn their adventures into fun digital projects that everyone can enjoy.
