I'Kwon is an energetic boy who always has a smile on his face. He has been in the foster care system on and off since he was one year old. He is so happy to be placed with his older sister and looks up to her. He always feels comforted by her. I'Kwon loves to play soccer and be outside as much as possible. He is hoping that one day he and his sister can be reunited with their mom.

I’Kwon is counting down the days until his birthday! For his special day, he is hoping for a gift card to his favorite store, Target, so he can enjoy a fun shopping trip with his resource dad. While it’s uncertain if he will be able to celebrate with his biological parents this year, his resource family is planning to make his birthday extra special.
