Sophie is the eldest of five siblings and was reunited with her mother within the past year. Her mother, a single parent, worked incredibly hard to bring her children back home and has shown immense dedication throughout the reunification process. As the oldest sibling, Sophie enjoys playing outside with her younger brother. They enjoy doing activities together, which helps them bond and create happy memories. Playing outside is also a way for Sophie to relieve stress and cope with feelings of being overwhelmed.

Sophie is a bright and caring young girl who has adapted well to some big changes in her life. After reunifying with her mom, she started at a new school, which was a tough transition for her. However, she has really excelled and has even been accepted into the gifted program. This year, her class has the opportunity to take an amazing field trip where they can swim with manatees and learn about their natural habitat. Sophie is really excited about the trip, but it's quite expensive, which poses a financial challenge for her family. Attending this field trip would be a great opportunity for Sophie, not just for her education but also as a way to celebrate her achievements. It would mean a lot to her and could really boost her confidence as she continues to grow and learn.
