Orchid has finally found her adoptive home and is hopeful about being adopted in the next few months. After being in care for a long time, she wants to create lasting memories with the people who have supported her throughout her journey as a foster youth. To do this, she wants to have a copy of "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" to read and to have those who have played a significant role in her life sign it. On days when she feels discouraged, she can look back at the messages in her book and find encouragement and inspiration from their words.
