Shazidi grew up in foster care and now resides in a group home that supports him in leading a successful life. He is learning new skills and hopes to find a part-time job one day. Shazidi enjoys participating in outings within the community, shopping, and spending time with his peers.

Shazidi has been in foster care for many years and has recently aged out of the system. Despite this transition, he continues to receive valuable support through a fostering connection program designed for young adults who lack family backing. This program is particularly crucial for Shazidi as he also requires services for his disabilities and resides in a specialized home. One of Shazidi’s wishes is to have his own television in his room. Currently, he shares the living room TV with his roommates, which limits his ability to enjoy his favorite shows and videos freely. Shazidi loves watching YouTube and indulging in anime series on various streaming platforms like Netflix. Having a personal TV would give him the freedom to watch what he loves, whenever he wants.
