Children, Youth and Families DepartmentRaven is a happy boy in foster care, thriving despite some health issues from birth. He enjoys time with his siblings and foster family. Raven loves the outdoors, especially water activities, though surgery has temporarily limited him. He is also fascinated by trucks, cars, and Spiderman, and is making great progress in learning to talk.
Raven is buzzing with excitement for Halloween this year. As he gets a bit older, he’s starting to grasp the fun and magic of the holiday. The thought of going out to collect candy makes his heart race with joy. While browsing through various trick-or-treat buckets, he can’t help but be drawn to the ones that light up, imagining how much fun it will be to carry them around on a spooky night filled with laughter and treats.
