Nellie is a sweet and spunky girl with a bright spirit. She was removed from her home at birth and placed into care when she tested positive for drugs in her system. Despite her challenging start in life, Nellie's foster mom says she has blossomed beautifully.

Nellie could really use some help with her costume this year. The daycare is hosting a class party and has asked all the families to send their kids dressed up in fun costumes! A Bam Bam costume would look absolutely adorable on Nellie. This would be a wonderful treat for her family, especially since they're currently facing some financial challenges.
