Nathan has been in the foster care system for several years and has adjusted well to his foster family. He enjoys being active in the community by volunteering at various places, such as the animal shelter. Nathan is motivated to succeed and is considering attending college. He has very limited interactions with his biological family. Nathan enjoys learning how things work and has a passion for video games.

Nathan intends to attend a local community college to begin taking some basic classes and would like to have a laptop. He wants to experience what college is like and explore ideas for his future degree. Eager to learn, Nathan is excited about enrolling in introductory courses. He has considered math classes since he enjoys the subject, and he is also looking into public speaking classes to improve his skills in that area, as he feels it is a challenge for him.
