After his hours were drastically cut due to company-wide reductions in the security industry, Jay took on a full-time minimum wage job. This shift resulted in a nearly $10 per-hour reduction. As a former foster youth with no safety net, Jay is scrambling to survive while pushing forward for the future he sees for himself.
