Stormy is a happy, spirited, and energetic girl. She has been in foster care for several years and is hopeful that her journey is coming to an end. Stormy enjoys playing with Barbies, dressing up, and doing art projects. She says that her favorite parts of the school day are lunchtime and recess, where she can play with her friends. Although Stormy has spent most of her young life in care, she maintains a friendly, outgoing, and bubbly personality.

Stormy was recently placed with a new family and has started attending a new school. She is growing every day and would love to have a new pair of shoes to wear to school. She picked out a cute pair and would be so happy to show them off to her friends!
