Stormy is a happy, spirited, and energetic girl. She has been in foster care for several years and is hopeful that her journey is coming to an end. Stormy enjoys playing with Barbies, dressing up, and doing art projects. She says that her favorite parts of the school day are lunchtime and recess, where she can play with her friends. Although Stormy has spent most of her young life in care, she maintains a friendly, outgoing, and bubbly personality.

Stormy was recently placed with a caring family, and she’s excited about the chance to have some clothing that really fits her style for school. At her age, choosing her own outfits and dresses is really important to her, as she wants everything to look just right. The thought of shopping for herself fills her with anticipation!
