For the first time, he is learning what it means to live independently and discovering the joys of celebrating holidays and experiencing family traditions—things he never had the opportunity to fully understand before. With a deep curiosity about how the world works, James is pursuing a degree in engineering, driven by his passion for building things, understanding how they fit together, and solving problems. His love for working with his hands and assembling objects reflects his broader approach to life—one characterized by resilience, persistence, and a desire to create something lasting. As he navigates the complexities of adulthood, James is forging his own path, learning to balance his past experiences with his hopes for the future, and building a sense of home and community along the way.

James recently brought up that he’s in desperate need of some new boxers. Most of the ones he has are pretty worn out, stretched, or just plain uncomfortable. He’s been trying to make do with what he has, but it’s become a hassle — they don’t fit right anymore, which makes everything else feel off. Getting a few new pairs would really lift his spirits. Having fresh, well-fitting boxers would help him feel cleaner and more confident each day. It’s those little comforts that can really make a difference in daily life. Even just a couple of new pairs could brighten his mornings and help him feel a bit more taken care of.
