Charlotte was removed from her home because her parents were cognitively impaired and unable to care for her. Although she missed a lot of early childhood medical care due to their limitations, she was never lacking in love. Now, she is in a new home where she is catching up on developmental milestones and will soon be adopted along with several other children in the household. However, she is struggling to adjust to new expectations and standards. Charlotte loves being rocked and read to, and she enjoys trying new foods. She also delights in taking long walks in the park and going on trips to the zoo to see all the fascinating animals.

Charlotte will absolutely love this transformation jet toy for her birthday. It features her favorite Paw Patrol pet and includes a car that turns into a plane! She will have so much fun playing with it. Despite the many challenges she has faced, it brings great joy to see her find happiness in the little things.
