Tajan urgently needs a means of communication to connect with his family, attorney, and caseworkers. Due to some recent legal issues, it is crucial for him to have a phone to facilitate important conversations and ensure he doesn't miss vital appointments, such as court appearances and court-ordered counseling sessions.
