Catherine is a sweet and spirited nonverbal autistic child with a big heart and a lot of unique needs. She enjoys activities that engage her senses, such as bouncing in water, exploring playhouses, listening to music, and watching certain cartoons projected as movies on the wall. She lives in a loving kinship home and is cared for by many family members, as she cannot be left alone. The love for her family and the joy she finds in her favorite activities shine through every day.

Catherine is an autistic and nonverbal child who lives in a loving guardianship household. Because of her diagnosis, it isn’t safe for her to have a television or DVD player in her room, as she may accidentally break them or hurt herself. Catherine loves watching Disney movies, and having something special of her own to enjoy them would mean the world to her. A projector would be the perfect solution — it could be safely installed out of her reach, allowing her to watch her favorite shows and movies projected onto her wall.
