Children, Youth and Families DepartmentSavannah has spent most of her life in foster care and often struggles to find her place. She has some learning disabilities that require extra support in school. Savannah expresses a love for math and reading. In her free time, she enjoys makeup, getting her nails done, attending sports events, and participating in craft activities. Savannah loves being around children and can entertain them for hours. She also has a special connection with animals.
Savannah is excited for Halloween. She has been looking for the perfect costume. Savannah has grown up in foster care and has not had many opportunities to participate in Halloween activities. Savannah is looking forward to participating in fall festivals, trunk or treat events and going out in the community. Savannah has decided she would like to be Jack the Skeleton from Nightmare Before Christmas.
