He has been actively working toward gaining independence and finding employment, showing strong dedication to personal growth. In his free time, John enjoys riding his bike, spending time with friends, and connecting through gaming. With a clear vision for what's ahead, he is excited to begin his college journey in the spring, where he looks forward to continuing his growth both academically and personally.

John really enjoys playing video games; it’s something that helps him relax, have fun, and connect with his friends. One of his favorite games is DOOM, and he particularly admires the main character, Doomguy. John finds Doomguy tough, fearless, and inspiring for always pushing forward, no matter the challenges he faces. He believes these qualities are really cool. Having his own Xbox controller would make it easier for John to play the games he loves and improve his skills. It’s something he’s been wanting for a while, and he would truly appreciate the opportunity to have one of his own.
