Alyssa is an alumnus of the foster care system who is actively pursuing her journey toward independent living. She is deeply involved with Silver Lining Mentoring, where she serves on the leadership council. Alyssa is passionate about giving back to youth currently in foster care and to organizations that support them by sharing her story and advocating for meaningful changes. She is an incredibly kind and caring individual who ensures that those around her feel seen and heard.

Alyssa is dedicated to a meaningful project: restoring and digitizing cherished family photos and documents that belonged to her grandparents. This includes preserving memories from her grandfather's time serving in the Navy. By fulfilling this wish, Alyssa will gain access to invaluable pieces of her family's history and treasured memories. This wish was broken into two parts, to allow for an amazing experience!
