Nora is a cheerful little girl who enjoys watching shows like Baby Shark, Doggyland, and the Mickey Mouse Club. She loves to dance and hum along to music. Nora is independent; she can put on and take off her shoes by herself, and she is learning how to tie her laces. She enjoys interacting with others, often responding with a cheerful "yeah" and loves to make people laugh. Her favorite foods include mashed potatoes, rice, green beans, and chicken. Nora also receives support from the North Carolina courts.

Nora really loves stuffed animals, and her favorite show right now is Doggyland. She laughs and jumps around when it starts playing on the television. Nora loves to sing along to Bow Wizzle and points to him on the TV when Doggyland is pulled up on YouTube. She would be so excited to see a Bow Wizzle plushie and be able to hold the character.
