McKenna is a determined and resilient young adult who has spent much of her life in the foster care system after being removed from her mother’s care due to neglect at a young age. Throughout her journey, she has worked hard in therapy to heal from her trauma while also dedicating herself to her education. McKenna recently achieved a major milestone by graduating from high school and is now preparing for college, where she plans to pursue her dream of becoming a pharmacy technician.

After spending much of her childhood in foster care, McKenna is beginning an exciting new chapter. She is living independently for the first time. She’s carefully budgeting for essentials like food and living expenses and she’s proud to be taking responsibility for her own space. Mckenna would love to have a vanity to make her new room feel warm, personal, and comfortable. A vanity would give her a peaceful spot to start and end her day. This wish would also help her settle in and make her new space feel complete as she prepares to start school in the fall.
