Andy is a fun-loving and responsible boy who values doing the right thing and caring for his family. He entered foster care after law enforcement discovered that his stepfather was still contacting and harassing the family, despite a restraining order. Since entering foster care, Andy has been placed in eight different homes. In his current foster home, he is thriving; his caregivers note that he is responsible, thorough, and gets along well with the other members of the household.

Andy is an adventurer and thrill-seeker who loves anything that goes fast. He and his CASA enjoy renting electric bikes for downhill rides. Recently, Andy has been working hard to improve his behavior at school after experiencing a series of suspensions. During a January IEP review, his teachers had nothing but praise for his progress. To recognize his achievements and reward him for his good decisions, his CASA wants to treat him to a special outing at K1 Speedway. Andy has been looking forward to driving go-karts for a long time, and this would be a wonderful experience and memory for him.
