Neva is currently in her second foster care placement. She is a resilient, funny, and outgoing child. Neva loves the color pink and enjoys spending time with her siblings and cousins. Additionally, she delights in going down to the creek to swim with her family.

Neva loves playing with dolls and dreams of having her very own American Girl doll. She has always admired the different styles and stories that come with each doll. Finally getting one would bring her so much joy and excitement. Neva can't wait to create wonderful memories with her new doll!
