Having spent most of her life in foster care, Izzy is currently living in a family shelter. She works as a home health aide and has been saving money. With the right support, Izzy can achieve the stability she has always dreamed of for herself and her daughter.
Izzy has been saving money in hopes of moving into her own apartment with her daughter. However, due to the government shutdown, she is now facing food insecurity. Izzy is concerned about how she will afford groceries while still trying to save enough to move out of the shelter. This wish would greatly ease the burden she is experiencing during this challenging time.
