Due to frequent moves, she has made many friends and built lasting relationships with various foster families. Desirae enjoys making crafts and learning new things, which reflects her outgoing personality. Looking ahead, she is optimistic about her future and is considering her options after high school.
Desirae has been in foster care for years, and right now they are struggling due to the government shutdown. She and her family no longer receive SNAP benefits and are concerned about food insecurity. A grocery gift card would allow Desirae and her family to keep food on the table.
