Rosie is an amazing young woman currently pursuing a culinary internship that allows her to hone her cooking skills. Passionate about food, she is gaining valuable experience in the kitchen and is set to secure a job once her internship concludes. To help support herself during this time, Rosie relies on SNAP benefits to supplement her income. However, due to the recent government shutdown, she won’t be receiving her SNAP benefits this month, adding an unexpected challenge to her journey.
