He has transformed into a fun-loving child who is learning to understand the world around him. Noah is selfless; he is always giving rather than receiving. He deserves even the smallest gifts to show that he is loved and cared for by those around him.

Noah loves the color orange and enjoys anything in that hue. He is doing well in school, and his favorite subjects are art and English. A drawing tablet would be a perfect gift for Noah, allowing him to continue learning at home with his foster parents while also providing him some downtime to draw and use his imagination. Plus, it's orange!
