After being returned to the system by his adoptive parents, he has experienced several foster placements and is still searching for stability and a place to call home. Jake misses his parents and siblings deeply and is longing for connection and answers. Jake is a caring and creative young boy who is learning to understand and express his emotions. He loves cars and spends hours building with blocks, proudly showing off his imaginative creations. As he begins to come out of his shell, Jake continues to work on managing his feelings and finding healthy ways to express them. In his free time, Jake enjoys riding his bike, playing games, and watching TV. He thrives when given encouragement and opportunities to explore his creativity. With the right support and a nurturing home, Jake has so much potential to grow and shine.

Jake often prefers to play by himself when he's feeling upset; it helps him cool down and process his emotions. Lately, he's been struggling with the many changes happening in his life. One of his favorite activities is building with Legos. However, he's found the small pieces to be quite frustrating, so his foster parents have requested some larger sets to make the experience more enjoyable for him.
