Raised by her grandmother since she was a year old, Willow has overcome significant early-life health challenges and learning difficulties through sheer perseverance. Today, she is a spirited, funny, and determined young girl who works hard in school to earn good grades and make her grandmother proud. Whether she is crafting, playing card games, or participating in sports, Willow brings energy and joy to everything she does. With her grandmother working tirelessly as her sole caregiver to give her a bright and stable childhood, Willow continues to grow, thrive, and inspire those around her.

Willow has asked for a new pair of slippers for Christmas this year. Middle school is a challenging transition for her, and she often faces bullying because she doesn't own name-brand items. Most kids at her school have similar pairs from a popular brand, and Willow hopes that having these slippers will help her fit in better this year. Unfortunately, her grandmother cannot afford to buy these slippers. However, Willow remains hopeful that a generous donation will help her have what she needs to feel like the other girls in middle school do.
