Families United NetworkSarah was born at 33 weeks in December 2024 and has been a fighter ever since! Sarah was born addicted to illicit substances due to parental substance abuse and, since she was born prematurely, requires an NG tube. Sarah finally went home from the hospital at the end of January 2025 to a loving and excited kinship foster family!
This will be Sarah's first Christmas in foster care, and her foster family wants to make it extra special! Finances are tight, and an all-in-one activity table and walker are a bit beyond their budget. This gift will help make Sarah's Christmas truly memorable!
