Rosie is a spunky girl with a ton of energy and a big heart. She loves to run around and try new things, and is always laughing about everything. Rosie is so fun to be with, and right now she hopes to be a hairdresser or yoga instructor when she grows up. She has been in foster care since she was 2 and is very well attached to her caregivers.

Rosie has had a wonderful year and is very bonded with her caregivers, where she will stay forever! She is excited about Christmas and wishes for a princess and unicorn craft set.
