Silvia is a quiet girl who was taken from her parents after going through many frightening experiences. She struggles to adjust and feel safe in new environments because she has difficulty trusting adults. Despite this, she is a sweet girl who feels most comfortable when she is with her older sister, who has always cared for her. Silvia enjoys being around animals and loves it when someone reads to her.

Silvia had a tough start in life, growing up in a home filled with abuse and neglect. Fortunately, she is very close to her sister and now lives with foster parents who want to help her feel safe.
