In addition to her studies and new home, Shavon is also in the process of adopting one of her nephews, ensuring that he stays out of foster care. This is truly an exciting and transformative time in her life!
With work and school demands, Shavon has very little time to devote to cooking, but she wants to maintain good nutrition to keep her energy up.
