Victoria is very passionate about animals and rescued a dog that she takes very good care of. She loves to take her for walks, teach her tricks, and play with her. Victoria also has a love for horses, as she used to work at a horse ranch. Along with animals, her other passion has to do with hair and makeup. When she isn’t taking care of her dog, she is watching tutorials on how to do makeup and hair. Victoria prides herself on being a fun-loving young person and enjoys being silly, but as she grows up, she knows she needs to start working towards her future. For that reason, Victoria is ready to take the next step in her education since graduating high school and go on to schooling in Cosmetology. As previously mentioned, Victoria’s hobbies and interests include doing hair and watching hair and makeup tutorials in an attempt to learn new techniques. She wants to start Cosmetology school with a good foundation on how to do different styles and is always willing to learn. She also spends time watching dog training videos, so she can learn how to be a better dog mom. In addition, she loves spending time with her little cousins. She is always willing to help out with babysitting since she loves to be with them anyway. She enjoys watching Disney movies with them and singing along with the songs as well as crafting and reading stories.

In terms of schooling, after touring the school, she explained that the professors seemed to be very hands-on and professional. She added that it felt good to finally see herself somewhere she belongs. She always wanted to do hair and make-up since she was a little girl, always working on family and friends. She was inspired by her grandmother since that was her profession, and she has many memories of her grandmother doing hair. She feels confident that she will do well in this field since she loves it and is determined to do her best. Victoria shared how family-oriented she is and how she enjoys being a part of her nieces and nephews' lives. Stating that she is very involved with them since she is somewhat of a nanny to them. Victoria finds that this is the area of her life where she is very confident and knows she has an important job. It also allows her the time to plan for school. Stating that she will one day want kids of her own and wants to be able to provide for them to ensure that they get more than she got in life. Victoria puts emphasis on her aspirations of getting a degree in order to have a good job in the future. She reflected on her childhood and the hardships, and although very difficult, it has made her who she is today, and she knows she will be an amazing mom. Victoria did clarify that she is not ready for children yet, but when the day comes, she wants to be well prepared. She is in a loving long-time relationship with her boyfriend whom she is planning her future, adding that they help bring each other up, rising to the challenges that life throws at them.

"I want to thank the kind person that was able to gift me an Ipad. I am extremely happy to be able to take it and use it for school. I am excited to start the next chapter of my life as a student in the field of cosmetology. Starting school and feeling like the other students with my fancy Ipad gives me the confidence that I need since I sometimes feel insecure in social settings. I immediately was able to add my favorite bubble wrap game which helps me focus when I am feeling overstimulated. This is a very special gift to me and I am very grateful to people like you. Thank you again, Victoria"
