Donnelle is a wonderful young man who has been placed in foster care without his sibling. He was very upset that he had to be separated from his sibling but he eventually understood it was for the best. Donnelle has not allowed his placement in foster care stop his dream of going into the military and becoming a pilot once he graduates. He has been in ROTC since the 9th grade and is very focused on his goals. Donnelle is working through the trauma he suffered before coming into foster care. He likes the stability he has had since being placed in foster care but he misses his family.

Donelle has a birthday coming up. He would like a new hoodie to wear to school because he catches the school bus, and the weather has started turning cooler. A cool new hoodie will also improve their self-esteem and confidence, and support their social and emotional well-being during a vulnerable time.
