Amiya hopes to become successful so that she can help her much younger siblings that are in foster care.
Amiya had a recent hardship when her government food benefits were not available for her this month sue to the Government shutdown. She recently asked for a Food Lion gift card to purchase dairy and meat items. Providing access to food will help Amiya develop healthy habits that are vital for her overall well-being, helping to prevent issues like food insecurity.
