Dashaun is an incredible and hardworking young man who has faced significant challenges throughout his life. Entering foster care in his early teenage years, he experienced multiple placements in foster and group homes. At 18, he joined a transitional housing program (THP) for extended foster care, with the goal of becoming more independent and securing a job. Dashaun successfully obtained two warehouse jobs and has been working full-time in one for the past year.

Dashaun was recently involved in a serious vehicle accident that necessitated time off for his recovery. Despite this challenging setback, he remains dedicated and motivated, eager to return to work and pursue his college education. Dashaun has experience in the labor field, particularly in warehouses, where he has been lifting heavy inventory. To support his physical healing journey from the accident and improve his posture, which has been affected by his labor-intensive job, Dashaun is seeking a posture-correcting back brace.
