Children, Youth and Families DepartmentAndres is an energetic and responsible individual with a passion for music, the outdoors, and exploring electronics. Throughout his foster care journey, he has faced significant challenges during his years in state custody, experiencing numerous placements that led to the loss of important family connections and an overwhelming amount of change. Despite these hardships, he continues to show kindness and a willingness to help others. Although naturally shy, Andres is gradually finding safety and acceptance with his foster family, allowing him to open up and embrace the possibilities of his new life as he transitions toward adoption.
Andres loves playing with his new Switch and is eager to find a game that he can enjoy with his friends. He recently discovered a new Mario game that caught his interest, Super Mario Odyssey, and he’s excited to learn new skills through it. Andres dreams of competing in e-sports someday.
