Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance is starting to enjoy grabbing at things and loves to interact with others. He would love some new toys to explore and play with. Engaging with different objects will enhance Torrance's development and enjoyment.
