Children, Youth and Families DepartmentRaven is a happy boy in foster care, thriving despite some health issues from birth. He enjoys time with his siblings and foster family. Raven loves the outdoors, especially water activities, though surgery has temporarily limited him. He is also fascinated by trucks, cars, and Spiderman, and is making great progress in learning to talk.
Raven has had several surgeries and needs to wear hats whenever he goes outside. He often loses his hats, so he needs more. With the weather getting cooler, it would be beneficial for him to have some winter hats for outdoor use.
