Cruz has spent most of his young life in foster care. He was born a few weeks early and received extra care at the hospital. Cruz loves to be held and smiles frequently. However, he does not like his car seat. He also enjoys watching his brother play.

Cruz has been growing so fast and loves being around those he cares about. To gain some independence, he could use a walker activity set. Cruz also wants to be like his big brother! Cruz's determination to mimic his big brother inspires him to explore new skills every day.
