Children, Youth and Families DepartmentCruz has spent most of his young life in foster care. He was born a few weeks early and received extra care at the hospital. Cruz loves to be held and smiles frequently. However, he does not like his car seat. He also enjoys watching his brother play.
Cruz dislikes being in the car seat, especially during trips to daycare, where he often cries for most of the ride. To make these travels more enjoyable, Cruz would greatly appreciate having something to look at and play with while on the road.
