Children, Youth and Families DepartmentCruz has spent most of his young life in foster care. He was born a few weeks early and received extra care at the hospital. Cruz loves to be held and smiles frequently. However, he does not like his car seat. He also enjoys watching his brother play.
Cruz has many appointments throughout the week and is usually transported by the department for these visits. He also attends daycare. Since he goes to multiple places, he sometimes needs extra bottles. It would be helpful for Cruz to leave bottles at daycare so they are always available when he needs them.
