Children, Youth and Families DepartmentBrenden has remained in foster care with his siblings. He enjoys listening to music, which he finds therapeutic. Brenden likes sports such as basketball and baseball and loves learning how to repair things.
Brenden has always wanted a pair of Nikes but has never owned any. He shared with his caseworker that life was difficult when he lived with his biological family, and as a result, he never had the chance to get new shoes. Now that he has a stable living situation, he hopes to finally get a pair of them. Owning Nikes would mean a lot to him and would give him a sense of pride and belonging.
