Billy has faced many challenges in his life. He has been diagnosed with autism and experiences difficulties with feeding. He and his brother have both suffered the loss of their father, and their mother has signed over her parental rights. Currently, they live together in a group home. Despite everything, Billy remains a very happy and active young man.

Billy loves building things because it helps him focus and clear his mind. He also has a passion for racing and can share all sorts of details about different cars. He dreams of constructing his own Lego race car, believing that having it will help him overcome his fears. With this race car, he hopes to race alongside his brother.
