Jake loves spending creating. As the youngest child in his family, he enjoys hanging out with his three older siblings and often takes walks around their neighborhood. Jake is passionate about learning and has a strong desire to help others. He has plans to go to college. He would like to obatin a degree in computer coding. Computers and the complexities intrigue Jake, he loves to figure things out and feels like computers are puzzles. He also receives support from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide Jake with an extra surprise to open on their special day. Although their celebrations may look different this year, it will remind them that they are valued and remembered on this important occasion!
