The Lost & Found InstituteQuinton's childhood was filled with instability, moving through the foster care system and struggling with feelings of rejection and isolation. These experiences led to mental health challenges, including depression and suicidal thoughts, as he often felt invisible to those around him. Despite the adversity, Quinton developed resilience through mindfulness and movement, finding solace in yoga. He discovered his purpose as a trauma-informed yoga instructor, wanting to support system-involved youth facing hardships similar to his own. Now, as he pursues certification, he aims to create a safe space for young people to heal, grow, and feel seen.
Quinton is asking for help with a Target gift card so he can buy ingredients to make Thanksgiving side dishes like mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, macaroni, stuffing, and more. He also needs to purchase tablecloths and disposable foil items for cooking, serving, and keeping everything warm throughout the day. A Target gift card would help him create a comforting holiday meal and make sure the table is beautifully set for everyone to enjoy.

"Thank you for your support. With your help, I’m able to use a Target gift card to pick up everything I need for our Thanksgiving sides—mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, macaroni, stuffing, and more—plus the tablecloths and foil pans that make it easier to cook, serve, and keep everything warm. It means a lot to me to be able to put together a comforting meal and a nice table for my family and loved ones. Your generosity is helping make our holiday feel special, and I’m really grateful for that."
