Her older sister loves her and they have a good connection. Her biological mother is working hard to get her children back.

Dolly has a special place in her heart for all things soft, and Elmo holds a particularly bright spot for her. She adores soft dolls, cozy blankets, and plush furniture, which all contribute to her love for comfort. When watching Sesame Street, her face lights up with joy as she giggles and claps for Elmo and his friends, showing how much happiness they bring her. Although she can't use her words to express her wishes, it’s clear that a soft Elmo that speaks would not only be the perfect addition to her collection of cherished soft items but would also provide her with a beloved companion who embodies the warmth and joy of the show.
