Moses has been in foster care since he was eight years old. He has experienced multiple placements and adoptive homes that did not work out. Now, he is in a program designed for young adults who have aged out of foster care and is working towards independence. Moses works five days a week and is saving money to buy a car. Until he has saved enough, he relies on Uber to get to work, which can be quite expensive!
