Carter is a bright, curious, and energetic little boy who loves exploring the world around him. He has a playful spirit, a big heart, and a smile that can light up any room. Currently in foster care, he is learning how to express his feelings and share with others. Playtime is when Carter truly shines; it helps him build focus, problem-solving skills, and confidence while also allowing him to have fun.

Carter is the kind of toddler who loves trying things himself. He would enjoy having a Melissa & Doug Let’s Explore Fishing playset for Christmas. The set lets him “go fishing” just like the big kids, something he gets so excited about.
