Matthew is an amazing young man, who is really into sports. Despite facing some challenges in foster care, his love for athletics has helped him stay motivated and focused on his goals. It hasn't been easy for Matthew, though -- being removed from his old school and friends has been tough. But he's a smart guy, and he's determined to graduate early and pursue his dream of joining the military and playing football for them.

Matthew enjoys making wooden crafts, but recently his hot glue gun stopped working. He has a passion for DIY projects and discovered his love for woodworking in school. Matthew has created several wooden cars that he proudly displays in his room. For Christmas, he asked for a new glue gun so that he could continue pursuing his passion for wooden crafts. He will be very happy to find a new glue gun set under the tree on Christmas Day.
